TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS FOR MATERIALS

1.ALUMINIUM

A. MILL FINISH ALUMINIUM PROFILES
The chemical composition of the precision toleranced profiles made of AlMgSi0.5 alloys is appropriate to TS EN 573-3 and the mechanical properties to TS EN 755-2 as well. Since these profiles have F22 condensation, they are ready for the drilling, cutting, bending and punching.

The profiles obtained which aluminium or aluminium alloy annealed at sufficient temperatures pressed with direct or indirect method at horizontal or level extrusion presses in various sections of the profile molds.

Powder Coating of the mill aluminium profiles: The mill finish profiles are electrostatic powder coated.The paint thickness is 80-150 micron.

POWDER COATING PROCESS
Ready-to-coat profiles are taken from the chromate basket and coating is done in the booth which coating and air flow set out from outside control unit with tribo spay guns working according to tribo system which throws powder at 200gr. per minute and thus hardening and adhesion is provided by passing throug the oven of the coated profiles.

B. ANODISED ALUMINIUM PROFILES (E6EV1)
The profile are coated by anodical oxidation method against the corrosion, the abrasion and the conductivity. Fixing of anodizing process is appropriate to TS 4922. The thickness of the anodising layer: 10-12 micron

2. GLASSES

A. STYRENE GLASS
Plastic-based material extruded into a patterned, semi transparent tablets by the cylinder.
Thickness of the styrene glass: 1.9 mm - 4 mm

B. TEMPER GLASS
Tempering process is done by heating the glass up to the melting point in the oven, then surface of the glass cooled rapidly with air blow. After tempering process endurance and resistance of the glass increases and when the tempered glass is broken, the sizes of the parts are smaller and non-sharped edges compared to ordinary glass. The number of parts in an area of 25 cm2 is approximately 15 and 40 for 3mm and 6mm glass respectively; and there should not be any glass part bigger than 10mm in size. At Hüppe, dimensional and mechanical sprecifications of the tempered glass are appropriate to EN 12150-2 standard.

The glass should not be broken or get out of frame when a 45 kg bag, which is full of 0.6mm-1.2mm sizes sands, is released with 30 degrees angle. The bag is hanged with a 1.2 m long rope.

 3. MAGNETS

Magnetic-field plastic materials connect by sticking sliding or moving panels together and so that allows you also sealing funciton.

4. SCREWS

The screws are fixing elements made of stainless steel convenient for cold hit.
Specification: Inox A2 stainless steel. Quality standard: 304 CU

5. PLASTIC PROFILES AND GASKETS

These are extruded plastic profiles and materials that are used to prevent water leakage and to fix the glass into the frame.

6. PLASTIC COMPONENTS

The plastic components used to connect the profiles, to cover the screws, to move the panels. The movable plastic components are made of POM and derivatives, fixed components are ABS-based.

7. SILICON

Silicon is neutral antibacterial polymer which is appropriate for multipurpose usage, inside and outside. Silicon used at Hüppe contains anti-bacterial features.
